Service Description

The goal of this class is to aim for lasting flexibility. Stretching, in particular dynamic stretching, increases circulation. Nutrient supply to muscles also increase and helps remove metabolic waste. This reduces the likelihood of muscle imbalances, strains and tears. Mobility training includes exercises designed to increase the range of motion, control muscles surrounding each joint and move more actively. When certain parts of our bodies have less mobility, the risk is to overcompensate using other muscles and joints. Mobility training helps prevent muscles from becoming tight and immobile. Resistance bands are also used in this class to offer a unique workout experience. Resistance bands are easier on the joints than free weights decreasing the risk of injury.
