Students and clients will learn modern dance and boxing techniques, gaining skills that will allow them to understand and use the connection between these two disciplines.

The programs are designed is such a way as to make them accessible to everyone and anyone wanting to gain strong skills while having fun.

Our one-on-on sessions are tailored to each person’s specific needs and goals.

In these sessions our clients benefit from personalized attention and experience faster progress. One-on-one training allows our clients to work out around their schedule. We have a very flexible schedules and our priority is to accommodate our clients and facilitate their progress.

Rossella

In our Flow Yoga classes, much attention is placed on the correct use of the breath. The rhythmic movements, combined with deep breathing, help activate the body’s relaxation When breath and movements are synchronised, yoga poses become fluid, steady and enjoyable. 

Through the consistent practice of Flow Yoga, flexibility, mobility and coordination improve, together with a great sense of physical and mental wellbeing. All of sessions conclude with restorative poses.

Rossella

In these sessions two individuals team up to share a personal training session. These sessions are not only cost-effective but also, more enjoyable and motivating. Working out with a friend or partner encourages clients to push themselves harder, commit to the sessions and practice together at home or outside.

Rossella

The goal of this class is to aim for lasting flexibility. Stretching, in particular dynamic stretching, increases circulation. Nutrient supply to muscles also increase and helps remove metabolic waste. This reduces  the likelihood of muscle imbalances, strains and tears. Mobility training includes exercises designed to increase the range of motion, control muscles surrounding each joint, and move more actively. 

When certain parts of our bodies have less mobility, the risk is to overcompensate using other muscles and joints. Mobility training helps prevent muscles from becoming tight and immobile. Resistance bands are also used in this class to offer a unique workout experience. 

PT

Our mobile training is for those with busy work schedules and for those unable to travel due to various reasons. We bring all of the equipment,  knowledge and support to seniors and clients with disabilities. These sessions also suits those wanting to train at home with their partners and benefit from a fitness program designed for both.

Courses

Fusion Boxing and Flow Yoga courses are also available and run for 10 weeks. These courses offer a rewarding and challenging experience where knowledge and skills deepen, and offer our clients the opportunity to work towards becoming a trainer.

Strike Rhythm's group session operate within Darkside Gym, located at 100 - 104 Parramatta Rd, Stanmore NSW 2048.

Our mobile sessions service the Inner West, Five Dock, Drummoyne, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Lower North Shore and City of Ryde areas. Please get in touch if you're not sure if we service your suburb.
